Get Traffic to my Website -Ongoing SEO Link Building 500/mo PR5+ Backlinks

We are currently seeking to have an ongoing project for 500 PR5+ (some websites to have PR6-PR10) permanent, one-way, RELEVANT back links for an Apparel website monthly. The link builder should be highly experienced with quality feedback and references- please do not bid if you have no link building experience. Links MUST NOT be made using automated software or any other illegal linking methods. Blackhat or Grey hat methods will not be accepted nor paid for. We will reject URLs that do not comply with the following Guidelines. You must provide us with a spreadsheet daily of the work thus far and the work for each day. Our guidelines: - Absolutely no black hat or grey hat tactics. We require white hat techniques only. - Sites have to be 3 Years old at least. - Links must be strictly from: Google PR5+ pages (home page page rank, iframes, other page ranks do NOT count) - we prefer links from websites about Outdoors, Travel, Outdoor Apparel, Fashion, Skiing, Hiking, and Running - No subdomains, back links must be on a www. - Links should be from English USA based websites - Links must be permanent and static HTML. You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement. - Link pages and our text links must be visible, readable, indexable and do-follow. - Linked sites must be search engine friendly, established and fully active. - Pages must be indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and Bing within last 30-60 days - Domains must be from different IP addresses and different Class-C IP addresses. - Prefer high ranking Alexa sites. - No article directories, link farms, forums, spam sites, web rings, gambling, or adult sites, or link directories. THIS WILL CAUSE IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF THE PROJECT and you will forfeit any payment for all work. - We reserve the right to cancel any link if not found suitable. - A detailed Excel file is to be provided by you with all linking posts URLs each week on Friday with all work completed thus far. - You will need to provide me with the following spreadsheet : Link site exact URL (clickable hyperlink), Site Name, Site Type, Google Page Rank and IP address as well as the date placed. -You are required to fix any broken or unsuitable links for 90 days after completion of the project. Feedback will not be given until the end of this 90 day period. NOT ALLOWED - No directory submissions, forum posts, article submissions, links from guest books, within newsgroups, yahoo groups, CL sites. - No links from rel="nofollow" or "noindex" tag for pages themselves and for anchor text - No [login to view URL] blocking, fake PR, banned by Google, Yahoo, Bing sites - No use of automated software or bots. - NO PING SITES. Please let me know your strategy on how you plan to build these links and how many links per month can you deliver. Quote me a price for the first 500 links. This is an ongoing job if you deliver good results in the first 500 links trial. Please include the word "ELITE" in your proposal otherwise I will ignore.
