Help me with Internet Marketing

We're looking for non US based English-fluent, smart, and productive virtual assistant and phone support representative. We are seeking a VA that will have cross trained members in the event of an assistant being out for the day, quitting, etc. Only VAs with multiple team members or backup need apply. The job will require US business hours (9am - 5pm EST), reliable internet connection and electricity, and consistent, self-managing work ethic. All phone calls must be returned during US business hours and action items based on the call disseminated to the rest of our team. Your primary tasks will be both administrative (updating data in software, reporting, looking up information, etc.) and phone support (helping with phone calls during busy times and filling in when our primary phone support person is out for the day. All scripts will be provided.) We use the following tools. Familiarity with them is helpful but not required: Infusionsoft Freedomsoft ServiceM8 Quickbooks Online Slack Dropbox Evernote I'm in need of a social media and blog manager. Impeccable English and minimal accent is required for this position. Please submit a recording of team members speaking voices at part of your proposal. There is an opportunity here to grow with me as I continue to get busier and take on my work. To begin with, we would be looking at 10 hours a week... but I would like to move up to 40 hours a week, once you've got a handle on the tasks I need done and are taking your own initiative to get projects finished. *Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Screening buyer and seller leads daily - Posting ads daily and processing leads from those ads - Running comparable sales and determining property values - Understanding my buying criteria and recommending a course of action - Extracting data elements from online court documents and transferring pertinent data onto Excel spreadsheet - Receiving inbound calls and making outbound calls (I will provide scripts) - Maintain a work log (productivity tracker) daily MUST BE: Detail-oriented Fluent in English Willing to work and be reachable during night hours (but still make your own hours) Self-driven and have a strong desire to learn new things MUST HAVE: Excellent telephone skills (not shy or afraid of rejection) Reliable computer and phone access A good understanding of online marketing platforms Ability to use Skype with me periodically (maintain good communication) A great all-around work ethic and excellent attitude Tasks and Responsibilities include (but not limited too): - Content Sourcing for Social Media / email campaigns - Email Marketing Campaign Creation - Client Reporting - Marketing Automation set up (through Hubspot) - Invoicing clientele - Research for Sales Presentations - Provide assistance when needed to in office Project Manager - Wordpress experience a must - Must be able to fluently read, speak, and write in english
