Need Virtual Assistant for eBay Business

JOB OVERVIEW We would like to recruit new VAs under the following conditions. ???Conditions??? ?Salary : $300 / Monthly / Full-time (After 2 weeks probationary period) ?First 2 Weeks Probationary Period : 2 weeks /Full-time / $120 (80% of regular salary) ?Wage Increase System : The wage will be increased depending on the contribution up to $400/monthly/Full-time ?Promotion System : You will be promoted to managing position( VA trainer ) depending on your contribution (if you acquire the skills and work hard, you will get promoted.). VA trainer hire new VAs, train them and manage them. VA trainer can get extra $10 add to your monthly salary per one new VA. (If you hire 10 new VAs and they work earnestly, you will get extra $100 with your current salary) ?Primary Responsibility : Managing multiple eBay accounts, Listing to eBay with tools, Customer Supporting, Researching Sellers…etc +++++ The Probationary Period is two-week long in principle, but we would extend it further if we feel more evaluation is necessary to make a final decision to extend a formal hiring offer. A formal offer would be made only when we feel you would be self-sufficient enough to work independently without much hand-holding provided ample training and feedback mechanism is given.
