Sell a Remotely Operated Vehicle

This project is another stage in a multi part project I've currently got here on Freelancer. This part is about the sales of the product I'm currently having designed. I need someone who has knowledge and experience of the subsea and/or offshore industries that has worked in a position related to procurement, buying or decision making. This will be very helpful in achieving the goal of this project. Your aim is to find companies or individuals that might be interested in buying an intervention class ROV (if you don't know what this is, I would do a little research first). This may be resellers (either retail or wholesale), B2B suppliers, oil and gas industry companies, marine services, or any other companies and business lines you can think of. I will leave that entirely up to you. The key to this project is creativity. I don't mind where these ROV's are sold (location wise) nor have a preference to which customers buy them. I would like someone to compile a list of companies they have researched online or know of, and present it in a spreadsheet fashion with contact details including person of contact, phone number, email and address. I expect to see no less than 50 contacts, all of which are verifiable. This ROV is not yet finished, but is in progress through other projects here on Freelancer. This will be more or less a 'pre-launch' sale of the ROV at which point it will be offered up at a lower price than once it hits the market. I'm interested in hearing about any marketing strategies you have to implement, as well as how to best run the pre-launch. The bid you make will be your payment for the successful sale of ONE unit. You will be the executer of the deal with the client, so a thorough knowledge of the ROV will be essential. The successful freelancer will be given marketing material as well as a one-to-one conversation with one of the engineers who designed and built the ROV. It is also recommended that you have good communication skills, both written and verbal. You are, after all, representing my company, and I would like to hear positive feedback from customers.
