Facebook IOS app for event managers, page, group and web admins -- 2

Be able to write code to generate pdf document reports for event managers and web admins having a facebook account managing a facebook event group [login to view URL] needs to connect to even manager's Facebook account, grab some info in excel format(optional) and from there and generate PDF file report of event attendees with that info. Please give me a one time product quote. Not looking to hire on an hourly basis. Payment will be made at the end of product development and all revenue from the app will be mine. I have already spent $850 on this app source code hiring 2 other previous developers who only did 80% of the work before abandoning it - so my patience is low so DO-NOT WASTE MY TIME. Good technical knowledge about facebook login screen, android, iOS SDK and pdf layout/pdf document creation is absolutely necessary for this project.
