Assemble an App - repost

I have all the programming (functionality, framework), and all design elements for an app. I want this app to be assembled with personalized information for various customers. The app is for iOS AND Android. So a programmer with knowledge in both is extremely necessary!!! Here is also a wire-frame for the app for you to understand a little better. I have a few customers that all want this app, but i need to brand it specifically for their needs. Now i have all the information to do so, but i just don't have the TIME to do it. I am looking to hire someone for a part time position for a certain amount of hours per week, to help me assemble and program and maintain and update all my apps for my customers. As i said i will provide all personal and relevant information for each version. All you would have to do is assemble the app and program it, and upload it to the app stores for me (with my dev. account). ALSO, we are always open to suggestions and ideas you might have in order to make our apps better. We would like to find someone who is looking to work and be a part of a team for a long business relationship. Please give me a quote per app to assemble it. I would like to ALSO update and ADD features as i move forward. Each new customer will bring new requirements and i will need a developer with the knowledge to be able to deliver these new functionality when requested. For example, Right now, i have a client who has asked me to implement the following functionality into his app. ===================================================================================================================== 1) Video Tab - We would like to have a tab where the customer could add videos, (linked to youtube) in a way that he could upload a little description under the video's thumbnail. and the user will have ability to scroll down through the videos and choose which one he would like to view. 2) Share button to QR code scanning. - I have a loyalty section which uses QR codes to "get stamped" on a virtual loyalty card stored in the app. When a user scnas a QR code for the stamp i would like there to be an option seen here in "lock-11" the automatically posts to their FB wall if they have the option selected. 3) Adding additional Icons for share (for the user) and Social media links (of the business). 6 links preferably. I currently only have 3. I will leave the icons greyed out if the buisness has no active link. I guess the same principal can be added to if the USER has programmed his account information for the various pages. 4) Add Foursquare ability to Check in section, i currently only have Facebook check in. 5) Product Ordering - I would like to be able to list products for sale in a Marketplace tab. For payments... i would like two price qutotes. #1) no online payments, but rather a question during checkout to know whether user would like to pay with Cash upon delivery, or with credit card upon delivery, or with debit upon delivery. This information will be sent along with the order to an email address provided by the client who will prepare the order and deliver to customer. This will require customer accounts.
