Build simple java program

Create a program with two windows of type Frame. One window should show a photo that a url points to. The class that defines this window should have the name ScalableWindow. You can read the photo with photo = [login to view URL] (url); You must use this url: String image = I will give you this link later. The second window should be a lot narrower, but just as high as the window with the photo. This window should contain a Scrollbar object. Make sure the type is written with a small b. The class that defines this window should have the name Scaler. The Scaler class will send messages to the ScalableWindow class each time someone is operating the Scrollbar object. The message should cause ScalableWindow to scale (ie, resize) the photo displayed in the window. Scaler should therefore define its scrollbar object so that it can be adjusted in the range of 20 - 100. Then, ScalableWindow can use the number as a percentage entry, to create a simple calculating gel that changes the dimensions of the photograph when drawn in the window's paint message . The program is closed by the user operating the standard ScalableWindow system controls. The system must have its own entry point in a class that is called Photo. Which classes must be created?
