Hi, I want a developer to write me a very small and simple program, preferably in C /C++ that uses Bittrex Api to connect to the exchange and make an automated USDT-TUSD (the market is thether - dollar) transaction (buy when it drops under a certain price, sells it when it goes above another value). With 2 stop losses in both cases and a check every time the bot is started to see if there's any open order (e.g. if the pc crashed after buying but before selling i want the program not to buy again but to wait for the price to go up and sell when it reaches the chosen price. Same for the opposite scenario).
