Milestone 1
Given a Floor Image of Hotel or [login to view URL] should have Option to mark a landmark on it by click on a point. I have purchased a 3rd party tool which has this functionality. below is link to that 3rd party.

What I am looking for is
1. Add Landmark on a point where user clicks on Image and save it to database using asp.net webApi and ajax other language is fine.
2. retrieve Landmark and display it on Map
3rd party tool supports all browsers and touch screen. You code should also support all browsers and should show landmark on correct point when zoomed in or out.

MileStone 2
In Jquery mobile fetch first 25 records from server and then on scroll get next 25 and so on till all data is fetch from server. So if I have 500 records on server on each scroll I should get additional 25 records from server

Alphabetic filter on JQM listview on right side like iphone has
