Jquery and HTML5 needed for navigation of one page

I need the navigation to work like images attached. You will see there are 2 sections, the main navigation and the dropdown at the top. They are interconnected. When you click on the "waterpark" section in the main navigation and click a location it will show in the dropdown at the top. As well as being able to solely click the dropdown at the top. The functionality of the locations is that when it is clicked the content sitewide will change depending on which location the user has selected. I do not have the content yet for the other pages only the front page right now so this will need to be easy to customize once I get them. I've already had the front page mostly coded by another person but they kind of disappeared. So I'll only need these 2 things coded up with HTML5 and Jquery. Let me know that you've read this by messaging me with "I will not disappear." as your first sentence.
