A 15-20 page Wordpress site for my small business, almost all pages will have same Header & Footer

I need a 15-20 page Wordpress site (using a premium Theme) for my small business, almost all pages will have the same Header & Footer. Please base your quote on using Wordpress as the CMS with Woothemes “Canvas” theme or an alternative suitable Premium Theme . If you prefer to use another type of CMS (eg Joomla etc) this is OK if it will be more cost-effective. However the CMS must be a widely available and well-known quality CMS. The intent behind specifying a widely used CMS (eg WordPress) and a Premium theme is to better ensure overall SEO optimisation, a professional look/feel, future easy upgrades, as well getting access to the vast array of plugins & enhancements available. As part of your quote include integration of any best-practice plugins– eg “WordPress SEO by Yoast”. All elements of the new site (eg Meta Elements , Title Elements, CSS, Navigation, Form & Data Table Designs etc) must be configured to current best-practice and for best SEO as well as fast load times Do not include any flash, and no "sound/noise". The site is to be "Responsive" Web Design (RWD) type for easy reading on full range of different devices. Site should also be compatible with all main browsers. RWD & SEO etc becomes easier to achieve if you base your quote Wordpress/Joomla & a suitable premium theme. Following are some sample sites (as a guide for the overall design for this new site) and I will prior to commencement also provide a functional design specification (eg content copy, pages, menu names, structure, colour scheme, etc), company logo, favicon. I will purchase and provide to you of any new low-cost stock photos or stock graphics that you may require for the site.
