PSD to HTML- 7 pages

Please Don't Do It! 1-DESCRIPTION: I designed 5 pages+2 pop up for my website. This is the first time that I design a website, I am not a professional. I need someone to convert them from PSD to HTML. I will write everything clearly to prevent some future problems. I will want revisions until I satisfy 100% as you guess, but in order to shorten this revision period, I try to be as clear as possible. Please read carefully. Here is the list: >>> The freelancer must be Good at Photoshop, because since I am not a professional designer, my PSDs may need some little touches, but they are simple touches like aligning some elements, putting them to exact middle, or changing color etc. They must be controlled and corrected, and at the end we could be sure about that everything is okay about them. >>> The freelancer must be Expert at HTML, CSS and Javascript. I need some sliders, sliding panels, sticky menus for my website and I prepared and attached a “Specifications” document for them. In this document (4 pages) I explained what I want exactly, I put examples of them to be as clear as possible. You will use jquery elements for them. >>> Excellent communication skill is a must. I don’t want to ask a question and wait for answers. >>> At the end, I want HTML, CSS and Javascript codes separately in folders. >>> End result must work on all browsers with no problem >>> End result must work on all devices (mobile) >>> It must be responsive, can adapt to wide and normal screens. >>> Perfect match with PSDs is a must! Please open my PSD's in a browser, and your work on a different page, be sure they are identical, it is not a complicated task to see whether they are different or not. If they are different, please don't submit them to me because I don't accept them. >>> Try to finish it as early as possible, on time finish will be awarded with %10 bonus.
