Build Outlook Add-in (javascript) to send e-mail information via API request to a ticket system

We are using an online ticket support software and need a Microsoft Outlook add-in, that should run in Office 365 Outlook (installed) and Outlook online (web).
Story: If an user receives am email in his outlook box, he should be able to click a button in the ribbon which sends the content of the current selected e-mail to our support system (via JSON request) and creates a ticket in the system (API documentation is available here: [login to view URL])
Furthermore the add-in should create a custom e-mail property with the created ticket-id.
This enables us to format the mail item, that the user can see, that it belongs to a ticket.
If the user later clicks on a second button in the ribbon, it automatically opens the ticket via a predefined link.
The add-in should have the option to save the configuration for the webservice (URL, apikey, base ticket-url) for each user.
The source code should be provided after finishing the project.
