Build a trading bot

In search for someone who can program an arbitrage trading bot for two specific exchanges. It must be able to place and cancel limit sell orders on one of the exchanges via its offered api depending on and with different rules/triggers, which are based on information gathered through different api's, and recognize when one of the sell orders got (partly)filled to instantly place a market buy order of the same amount on the other specific exchange via it's offered api. The figures of the rules and triggers should be slightly customizable in a simple UI. The trading bot should also record all relevant informations of all trades done by it.
