Hey - I have a lot of experience with PHP and Javascript, and also worked at a web automation agency where we created automated journeys of sites using custom software. On this basis I believe I can create the software for you - however I admit I have no experience with the FIFA website or game, but I think I have the basics needed to create the automated software.
