An implementation of the greedy algorithm for placing labels with the points on scatterplot using JavaScript

The objective of the project is to place labels on points based plots (e.g. scatterplot). The label placement should be for the outlier points only. The label placement algorithm should work in the way that there is no overlapping among labels and outliers. The detailed description of the algorithm is attached with this post in the PDF file. The algorithm just needs to be implemented. P.S. The basic implementation of scatterplot and outlier identification is also attached with this job post (see Scatter [login to view URL]). Please run '.html' and upload the 'csv' file. It will identify the outliers using K-nearest neighbors and label them. The threshold value can be changed to increase or decrease the number of outliers. The current implementation places labels using force based js label placement library . The force based implementation needs to be removed and implementation of the attached greedy algorithm for placing labels with outliers needs to be added.
