Hello. Honey pot and simple captcha in is not barrier for modern spam bots. I can set recaptcha and recheck code of forms.

Your problem can be related to the outdated codebase, wrong or not safe enough components/modules/plugins used or to number of other possible reasons too. Need closer examination to decide what's the exact cause and to pick up the best solution. But definitively updating your sites to latest available versions of what you have installed is a must.
