PSD to Joomla 1.5 Template - RB

I have a Joomla template and website up and working. I just need the current template edited/changed to look like the attached image. I will provide cpanel and FTP details, you can download and edit and upload template onto one of our testing servers. Demo must be on our server, CSS and template quality must be excellent, left mouse overs and top mouse overs. Left red border must tile cleanly when page is long, Left grungy images will be images, below will be product category images similar to original site. See attached for image and URL of current site to be changed. Its only the template to change, you will not be creating joomla pages etc. Links should work. I will provide layered photoshop file when the job starts. .
