Company requires patent search on product/idea before launch. Preferably freelancer to conduct international searches, or mainly EU, US, KR and SG depending on budget and needs after discussion. Product to be patented will be IT related system and instrument. Would also like to get some patent consultation and advise on launching of product, and if its advisable for provisional patent to be registered. We have done some research and got afew Publication number on hand that would help to advance on searches and to avoid patent infringement on too similar ideas/products, also on easier writing improvements. Need advise on improved patent and would like to findout if improved patent needs to gain rights from first patent in order to proceed, and if others can bring us to court over our innovation. DO NOT WISH TO BE THE NEXT APPLE VS SAMSUNG SCENERIO. And advise of documents required for provisional patent submission. Awarded freelancer will be given the next phrase of writing, preparing and submission of provisional patent on behalf of. Details of project will only be disclose upon signing of NDA. (Non-Disclosure Agreement) Only experienced expert to bid. Thank you
