My issue is with the Auto Attendant Voicemail setup. Right now I have 2 voicemails when someone calls. Day/Night Menu and a Que announcement Voicemail. When someone presses #10 they will go to this announcement. I dial *91200# to get to this recording but I don't know how to link the voicemail with pushing of the number 10 on the phone. For example. Customer calls phone number they hear main voicemail " hello and welcome press 16 to go to this person press 7 to go here, for more information press 10" When customer press 10 they should then hear Que announcement.
