I need to install the Perl module WWW::Mechanize on my CentOS 5.4 machine. I want to install it with yum because when I install things without using yum, then later on yum gets confused about whether the module is really "installed" or not.
So, "yum install perl-WWW-Mechanize" doesn't work ("No package perl-WWW-Mechanize available") because apparently it's not listed in any of the repositories I have in /etc/yum.repos.d . I did find a web page:
describing how to create a new repo file called [login to view URL] and what contents to put in it, so I tried that, but when I run "yum install perl-WWW-Mechanize" it still doesn't work.
So, I just need some steps on how to install WWW::Mechanize using yum.
I don't want to pay a LOT of money, this is just a quick "how-to" question, but I'll happily pay something if someone can help me out :) Thanks!
## Deliverables
Just need to know the steps to install WWW::Mechanize using yum, so that the class is available to Perl scripts.
## Platform
Doing this on CentOS 5.4. The Perl version is 5.8.8 but that probably won't matter.
