Teach me (over teamviewer) how to make a kvm virtual machine on my Centos 7 server

I have dedicated server CentOS 7. (without graphics) and i connect to the server with ssh.

I want to create a virtual machine (KVM) windows 7 on the server.

I want to connect to the windows 7 machine from VNC.

I have tried multiple ways but i always get Connection Refused when trying to connect to VNC from my computer.

Your job will be to help me over teamviewer to create win7 machine and to make me connect to it from my home pc.
