Hey, I have done a similar project for a hackathon but unfortunately had to stop it there. I have ideas I can develop for this problem statement. I am coming on as a freelancer after a long time. I would like you to be open to NLP and nltk on this, but not the basic sentiment analysis. I already have trained 2 models which are big enough for positive and negative sentiment analysis which is based on user reviews and could be of help determining the class of price/packaging/delivery belong to.

I have the needed experience for development of such models. One of the project I have done in past is Question-Answering using transformers. Though, I implemented the model from scratch using pure tensorflow at that time. But in this task, I will be using the library you specified. I can do it easily but I had a question. Training transformers requires a high spec system. So are you going to provide one? If yes, I can do this task very easily. If no, maybe I will need to find some other way to do this. Only after looking at the size of model, can we define the system needed to train it. Still, the task is easy to achieve if you have labelled data. I can do this.
