Name and Address matching - Text matching algorithm

We need someone to help with an company name, address matching algorithm using Apache Spark, Scala environment. There are 2 data sets 1. Company registry with Name and Address 2. Transaction Data with the Company Name and Address. There are no unique identifiers that can be used to join these 2. The only way is to compare the name or address or a combination of name+ address. There are name of the companies which are similar with small differences which can be matched using address . We will need to use some level of machine learning here. Only Freelancers from the above specific background apply. Please let us save each others time. Will prefer to have someone who has already done it before. The timeline is strict. Need to complete it in 3 working days.
