Supervising tranisition from old POS to new POS (Magento 2) + long term partnership

Hi developers,
The description of the work is complicated but the job itself is likely to be simple. I try to describe the work short as possible.
We are moving from integrated Tehden POS to VEND POS on our Magento ecommerse platform. TideConnect is currently working on Multisource Magento + VEND POS integration which we will take in use after it is ready. Deadline is agreed to be end of August but most likely it will be ready sooner.
The reason we are changing POS systems is to get better control on our website. Currently the host party owns the rights to the Tehden POS integration, hence they use it as a reason to not let any outside parties to the Magento files. This makes the coordination of the POS change bit more complicated:
1) First the new integration needs to be ready
2) We will transfer hosting to [login to view URL]
3) Then freelancer of choice and TideConnect will be able to access all files
4) We can start testing the VEND integration
There might not be any issues but just in case I am looking for freelancer who can in a short notice to fix any rising issues that are not directly related to the integration and can be fixed on Magento side. For instance, we are using Magento 2.3 version, but I believe the default multisource function is not in use but a custom one that was created prior 2.3. The new integration is created for the default multisource system: it might or might not require changes to work as planned.
In addition we are interested in long term partnership as our company is growing fast and we have many other planned work to be done on Magento side which have been delayed due the current contract with our Host party.
As the workload for the POS project is still uncertain, I would prefer hourly cost rather than fixed amount.
