We are Call Center/Contact Center start-up, based in Bulgaria. Our capacity is up to 50 agents. We are looking for partner/joint venture or marketing agent who will bring us customers against 5 to 10% commission from the each contract price. We can beat any offshore call center price/quality ratio. In 2015 the country entered the Top 3 most attractive outsourcing destinations in the world. In October 2015. Bulgaria for the first time was awarded the European Prize for Outsourcing Destination of the Year (award by the European Outsourcing Association (EOA), and in November the same year won the award for "Foreign Destination of the Year - 2015" National Outsourcing Association of Great Britain (NOA) . Sofia will host the annual national conference of the European Association of outsourcing (EAA) in October 2016. The event will gather more than 250 representatives of the outsourcing industry in Europe and will be presented annual awards to leaders in the industry. The main factors for the upward development of the sector in the country are: - Large numbers of young qualified people who speak a variety of languages (not just basic 2-3, as is the case in major competitors like India for example). Thus it can be offered comprehensive services for large customers; - Competitive wage levels; - The country is a full member of the European Union, fully harmonized legislation as lacking essential cultural differences with the member entities of outsourcing services; - Stability in political and economic terms; - Low taxes; - Support from the state for large investors, revealing a large number of jobs; - Introduced mode "blue card" that allows easy "introduction" of qualified staff from third countries.
