This position is ideal for those seeking a part time sales opportunity working from home in the exciting world of commercial real estate. We are seeking one or two US based sales representatives (with perfect English skills) who will call on commercial real estate brokers and briefly explain our auction marketing program and set follow-up appointments for management. Sales reps will utilize our power dialing software to contact brokers, read a dynamic script, record interest level, set appointments and mark final disposition of call. Please indicate your sales, call center, or other experience in your response. We require a 20 hour a week commitment (Monday-Friday only) but the hours are flexible so long as they are during business hours. Candidates need a computer and phone line (cell ok). Hourly rate plus commission paid on each appointment set. if successful, other sales opportunities exist on full time basis.
