Sales Staff

We are importers and installers of blinds and plantation shutters (window furnishings), we are looking for someone to work as an independent contractor to sell our product to the western suburbs of Sydney (Blacktown, The Ponds, Kellyville, etc.). The job will require taking measurements of windows as per the customers’ requirements, entering requirement details, following up on customers. Everything up until the installation of the product to take final payment. This will be a commission based roll, commissions will be paid out at 50% on payment of deposit and remainder 50% will be paid on completion of job (final Payment), marketing material will be provided to help you make your presence known in your area. We will provide as much leads as possible, but you will be required to find and chase leads in any means available to you. Bonuses will be awarded if monthly targets are met, if monthly targets are met regularly you commission rate will increase. Monthly targets may be achieved multiple times a month; in which case, you will receive an increased bonus each time you meet targets within that month. This roll is best suited to sales staff who like to work their own hours, customers may require early meetings, or even late in the evening meetings. Making yourself available will help in making more sales. A great personality will help reaching your targets easy, as you may need to find local homes being built and make contacts with owners and builders to keep your leads up.
