Hello, I hold a PhD in image processing. I am very good at Matlab. Please see my previous projects to see that I have completed several large and complex projects using these skills. Segmenting images using color filters may not be always possible. I will check image scatter plot in different color spaces such as RGB and HSV to see if the regions of interest are separable in any of them. If so, we are in luck.
