I'm looking for a MATLAB and C expert that can convert my MATLAB code over to C. I don't care which version of C, but it needs to be something that runs quickly.
I've recorded a quick video showing you my code so you can see how long it would take you to convert, and so you can estimate your total fee appropriately. If the below link doesn't work, please see the attached project image where I include the link to the video walkthrough I've recorded.
