Well, you need to be more specific, regarding what kind of push notification you would require. If you install the mobile metatrader apps, that would be very simple thing to develop, then the rest would be configuring works. The other option, for example, is develop custom push using android related technology. My bid is for the simple assumption. Estimated 1-2 working days.

very simple job -- can complete within same day of accepting just need to know if you are using MT4 or MT5 - do be aware that you need the metatrader app installed on your phone to receive push notifications!! as bonus I will also make the upper and lower alert changeable in the indicator's settings - will set 75 and 25 default as you asked but you will be able to adjust later if needed
