I have done this kind of project when i complete the project the project is integrated with ble and gsm for wide range of control and the relay we use is the 5 va relay the system activate when it receive the on or off from the particular mobile number it read the message and active the specific relay on the message and send a return message to the mobile as it on the relay and delete the message from its storage we can discuss more in chat feel free to contact me
