Outlook VBA - custom archiving app -- 2

I have a customer with a bloated Office 365 mailbox. They use the calendar of this mailbox for scheduling their training courses, which wouldn't normally be a problem, but after a course completes, they then load up the calendar item with documents, PDFs, etc. pertaining to the course and its' participants. They are constantly opening and changing historical calendar events. So here's the tricky part. Outlook's built-in archiving function archives calendar items based on the "last changed date", not appointment beginning or end date, so the results would be highly unpredictable.

What I'm looking for is someone that can twist up a VBA app that will step through O365 mailbox calendar items, and move them to a .PST based on event start date. I have been a VB/VBA developer for many years, Word and Excel VBA is dead simple, but Outlook looks like a different kettle of fish. I never worked with Outlook, and I don't have time for the learning curve. They are about to hit their quota. This seems like it would be a fairly straightforward task for someone familiar with Outlook VBA.

VBA script to run on one PC, against an O365 mailbox.

Prompt for PST filename, and archive date.

Create PST file, and process calendar items based on event start date, moving entries prior to specified date to new PST file, and removing the original entry from the mailbox.

Ability to run in non-destructive "test mode".
