Hey, I think this can be solved easily with some time and efforts put in the right direction! Generally, such issue arrives while performing modifications, any configurational changes or due to regressive impacts. Fixing/Optimizing SQL statements should be the first thing to do. However, such sudden issues might be more than just a SQL query fix. Like, any environmental changes or application updates could be one of the issues. On the other hand, it may be due to usage of deprecated elements in the program itself. There may be some R&D involved in initial phases of the issue resolution and trust me, that's exactly what I have been doing in my job since past 5 years.
