Plesk ASP.net Database Connection failure

Hey,
I have a website hosted on another server and I want to move him to new VPS.
I installed the same Control Panel with the required extensions (Plesk with Super Package).
While I copied the connection is failure, I tried to make a file with just the connection code and same thing, I uploaded the same file to the old server and change the localhost to the new server ip and it works, means the connection from localhost is not working.
so I tried to install a SQL manager inside the RDP and it's works but still the File is not running.
The error code is:
[DBNETLIB][ConnectionOpen_(Connect()).]SQL_Server_does_not_exist_or_access_denied.
MS-SQL USED!
