I need a Minecraft Dev to custom code a plugin

I am helping run a minecraft server and I need a developer to custom code a mini game plugin. It's not that advanced, I will paste a general overview of what it is here: It's called tunnel wars, basically you and your opponent are placed at opposite ends of a map. There is a mix of dirt, stone, and wood that you have to get through with your wooden tools. Along the way, there are random chests giving you loot, and an area at the center of map with a few chests giving very good loot. Once you see your opponent, you fight them with the loot you collected. We are also thinking of adding kind of a capture the flag experience where there is a piece of wool in the very center that each player has to try to take back to their spawn area. If they do, the wool regenerates back in the center after 10 seconds. If they die with it, the wool drops where the player died. One wool captured back at the player's spawn gives them one point. The player with the most points at the end of the 5 minute period wins the game. If a player dies, they are forced to wait 5 seconds before respawning. The allows the other player(s) the chance to go and get the wool, wherever it is. The plugin is for spigot 1.15.2. Thanks so much if you're willing to help.
