We are an MVNO in Australia that is looking to develop our own branded Mobile Phone Usage App for our own customers to use. Currently our customers can log onto our website and view their usage through our special members area....however, this is not very convenient. What we want to provide our customers is an app they can have on their mobile phone (android,iOS, windows) that provides ALL of their usage details quickly and in a convenient user friendly way. Our billing system currently can generate usage on every customer so it should be easy for the app to log in to to get the required info. I have attached some "sample' usage apps to help illustrate what I'm looking for. We would also like customer to be able to message us from the app. For example if a customer has a question about their account, then they should simply be able to send us a message through the app. We do currently have a customer ticketing system which keeps track of customer inquiries through our web site so I'm assuming that the App can simply plug into this so that we can keep track of all messages sent from the app. We are also open to any suggestion or ideas the developer may have. Hi there, Iam interested to make this app. We are working on a project collecting information from a database, I think what you need is something similar and will be easy for us. At the beggining I would like to make the app with the 3 basic functions like you show on the screenshots (calls, messaging, data) and when we finish that part, we can integrate the chat function like you mention. We have a lot of experience making apps and we use database and webservices to integrate the admin control and the client information app (php and mysql).
