Iphone Drawing paint App , sketch, iOS 3.2 and above

I want first a Simple Drawing IPHONE app.

(After this, I plan to pay more to add the rest of the features to it as my original vision was.)

This bid is for Simple Iphone Drawing App:

(I have many jobs and 10/10 rating as employer on other websites similar to freelancer, but I'm hoping freelancer has more good Iphone coders...)

Menu at the Top, should be about 7 buttons or so (so should be scrollable, I have source code for this 'scrollable menu' if needed):

a) A button that opens a "NICE" Color Picker (see my attachment for examples)

b) Brush Styles/Fx (button not needed in this first version if neon mode is turned on inside Color Picker window)

c) Load background Image button (menu appears with options: solid color->calls colorpicker, or from phone gallery, or from camera, or from some bundled images that we include inside the app.)

d) Undo button

e) Redo button

f) clear screen

g) Save/Send (save to phone or send by email)

1. Important: It must have option to draw with "Neon glow" not just normal color/stroke. (Neon is made by doing an overlay of two lines, one white thin on top of thicker blurred line underneath, I may have example Iphone code for this...and I'm attaching images with example of what it should look like.)

2. A NICE COLOR picker....perhaps enabling Neon/Glow is a checkmark in color picker, please see my attachment for examples.

3. Inside Color Picker Window there should be place to enable "Kids Mode" which will create a different random color stroke each time you draw a stroke on screen.

Some of the iPhone apps I liked were "Abstract Glowing Art", ArtStudio and some others, anyway I have attached some example color pickers that I thought were nice.

I already have two versions which have a lot more functionality than this but they're very buggy/crash and color pickers don't work well either. I want this to work on iOS 3.2 and higher. I will be testing on iOS 4 devices. It should run on Iphone and Ipad...

Please note that the usual Iphone pinch/pan/zoom should work. And when you change the 'background' image, the strokes/lines that you drew should remain the same and just image underneath.

After this Simple one is done, I will want to IMPROVE the app with more features, like multiple layers, Objects, etc..

You are NOT responsible for DESIGN of any buttons, icons or images. Just use standard xcode icons for the top horizontal menu I will use my OWN icons.

If you are a CODER and have EXPERIENCE making a drawing APP, then you KNOW this should only take HOURS not weeks if you're experienced, especially since I have CODE to help with neon etc...

This is a SIMPLE project that should only take you a day or two of work if you really know your stuff. I am willing to SKIP the load background images from "bundled" included images if that saves time creating a view to view/select those.

As I said, I have TWO similar apps with a LOT MORE features than these but the code is VERY BUGGY/CRASHES so I"m looking for someone who is GOOD and delivers CLEAN simple code that WORKS.

So I will IGNORE bids that are OVER 500.00

THERE will be MORE WORK after this, if things go well.
