Massage Credit Tracker iphone app

Hey folks! I need a simple app that I can load on my iphone 5. It tracks the number of massage credit hours my clients have on file and allows me to add or subtract from the credits as my clients use them. This is just for me and other massage therapists, not for my clients to use. Although the app is pretty simple, I've outlined details below, so you know exactly what I need.

I'm seeking a Total Bid for the project. (Hourly rates only will be ignored).

Preferred Texas. USA bids only.

A round of rigorous testing & Deployment of the app to my own Apple Developer account should be included in the price. Ownership of work will be transferred to Employer as part of this work for hire agreement.

I'm Mark. I am a massage therapist, trainer & entrepreneur. I'm here in Dallas, Texas. As a programmer myself (originally), I have a very realistic understanding of how coding works, the process, and what tasks takes time and what tasks don't. I'm an excellent communicator and looking for another excellent communicator. I completely understand that things are not instant and magical. Features:

-Backup file needs to be emailed each week to a set email address.

-Must run on all ios versions from ios 6 and up. Iphone only for now.

Menu:

- Active VIP Clients "Clients"

- Add VIP Hours "Billing"

- View VIP Archive "Archive"

- View Gift Cards "Gift Cards"

**Active VIP Client List screen**

Displays in a list:

Client Name

Cell

Hours In

Hours Used

Hours Remaining

Amount Recurring (one digit decimal)

Billing Date (integer)

Purchasing Notes

Usage Notes

Payment

Options:

1. Has a "New" button for adding New Vip Clients.

2. Click on Client Name to get Client Details.

3. Click on "Hours Remaining" to enter an amount to decrease. Add date and amount to Usage notes.

4. Sort feature: By Client Name or Billing Date

**VIP Client Details screen**

Shows the details (listed above) for each Client with the ability to edit any of these fields.

Option:

- Delete Client (moves them to the Archive)

**Add Hours "Billing" screen**

Displays all Clients within a current Billing Date with a checkbox next to each of their names. Allows a Select All or select individual Clients. Once the Clients have been selected, an "Add Hours" button will add hours to the Hours In field for each Client based on how many many hours are Recurring each month. Purchasing Notes are added accordingly.

**Archive List screen**

Views just like Active Client list, but these Clients do not come up in Add Hours Screen or anywhere else. Still allows us to click on Client Name to view and edit Details or click on Remaining Hours to subtract hours. When Clients are deleted from this list, they are removed for good.

**Gift Cards List screen**

A list of Clients created as "Gift Card Clients," not "VIP Clients." These GC clients have a list just like Active Clients, but these clients do not come up in Add Hours Screen or anywhere else. Still allows us to click on Client Name to view and edit Details or click on Remaining Hours to subtract hours. When Clients are deleted from this list, they are removed for good. Features: - Has a "New" button for adding a new Gift Card Client.

Ability to add a new Client. User can enter all the fields. Saves client and adds to appropriate lists.
