The project is a small module within a larger App. The start of the app requires to accept or reject "Terms and conditions". This feature (two ViewControllers) should only appear the first time the user starts the app. Once "accepted" (I Agree Button) the app starts normally every single time with the main ViewController (View Controller) and ignores in future the initial setup. I have coded the first launch but it does not work and I would need help to make this feature work. It is important to use "Apple accepted code" if the app will perhaps once be published.

There are problems in the way if/else condition is handled and in instantiating the required view controller to be shown based on boolean value. I can help you sort out this. This seems like a fairly simple matter. My proposal is to have the app start in your main view controller still, and set a flag in NSUserDefaults to denote whether the app has been run before. If it has not, then the acceptance/registration view controllers can be loaded, and the flag once they have clicked to accept.
