Build me an Android App

I want an app built for a school. It is to help the students learn important concepts. For the app users: On the home screen, you should see 'Learn New, 'Review' and 'Statistics'. On clicking "Learn New", on a new screen, a random concept should appear. This page should contain a card illustrating the concept. (The content will be provided by me.) A button below the card should exist which says "I understand this concept". On clicking the button, a new card should appear which contains related concepts. This cycle will repeat for a few times until the student has understood all the concepts. On completion of all related concepts, a 'Do you want to review?' screen should appear. If the student clicks yes, a Review screen should appear where the list of topics learned just now by the student should appear. Clicking on a topic, they should be able to see the concept flash-card. On pressing back from the card, they should be redirected to the previous Review Screen. Below the list of the topics on the review screen, a button saying 'Finish' should exist which will ask the user if they want to learn new concepts. If they press yes, they should be redirected to the 'Learn New' section and all the steps above are repeated. If the user presses No, they should be redirected to the home screen. On the 'Review' page, a list of all learned concepts should be included. On the 'Stats' page, number of learned concepts, number of concepts not learned yet and time spent learning should be included.
