Hello! I have much better idea for you. You should use arduino Wemos D1R1 inbuilt Wifi module. Its cost is same as arduino you are using. We will make webpage in it. You will have to connect through wifi and open the web IP in any phone or network, There you will have to enter the values of time and when you will click on Enter. the values will be given to arduino. It will reduce your cost in much more extent.
