code, create and deploy two custom mobile network apps for my business

1st app is a movie buff network app with a rating, feedback to user and quiz system. 2nd app is a social network for nerds to hang out - includes mandatory questionnaire and manual approval process, animated GUI, 2d graphics in a 3d world, universe simulation - planets are meeting places to be colonised - performances left behind like star trek data logs. anyone you meet you can chat to, and profile questions - answers are on your bio record when someone clicks on one of your colonists. user experience revolves around simulation, late night conversations, or arrange to grab a coffee if you find a local or make a friend, with a feature to keep track of the user's away-from-keyboard friends - listed by email address or if they are a member (can invite them to become a member) a short profile. My max budget for this project is NZ$440 (total for both apps - functioning prototypes) My ideal budget is around NZ$240 (total for both apps - functioning prototypes) I plan to expand to approx. 100% bigger/more features/polish interface, graphics and animation for another NZ$300-500 in about a year.
