Converting hand written note to digital content

There are many writer and teacher who still are more used to with handwritten content. They use pen and paper for documenting their note and thought. If they create digital content they need other's help or they need to again type using their system. They may not be too comfortable about typing. If they are comfortable, then also, typing their handwritten note, is a double work and time-consuming process. I wish to develop an app which can help them to convert their note into digital content. They can take a photo of their write-up>Upload to the app>App must have an option to convert it into digital content.
