Develop a Bespoke Dating App

I had previously published a project but there were serious time wasters who are very keen on ripping people off. If you are based in South Asia or wherever and expect me to pay you $40 per hour then you can kiss it goodbye. I can hire someone in UK for that much money and would sit down in front of me to develop my app. So think before you bid. We are all here to save money but at the same time looking for quality, hence the works goes overseas. So the project is for a dating app. Although it has similar features to some other apps like pof/match/okcupid this particular app will have features that are not currently available on any other app making it unique. So I will need you to sign a NDA. About you: I am looking for quality. So the job will go to someone who can show me that they are capable of: - can interpret PRD into wireframes and develop functionalities from there. - has a structured approach. - Able to deliver on time. - Is not a software development company. I won't give the work to any agency or middlemen. So you have to be a true freelancer that is self employed/work on their own. That is the true definiton of "freelancer". - Good grasp of English. What I am not looking for: - Someone who claims to have developed Grindr, OKCupid etc. - Will not be able to commit to timescale. If I give you the work you will need to show me progress via week calls. - Depending on your experience I may set up milestones. So, milestone will be only set after you have shown me progress on work as agreed based on the timescale you gave me. So if you said you will design the landing page of the app within 3 days then you will first have to show me that you have done it. Once I have confirmed the work I will create milestone and payment will be made. - You will have to be able to speak to me on skype/viber/whatsapp, So there are verbal communication before anyone is assigned with the task. So be realistic and bid.
