Hire a Mobile Developer

Looking for an experience mobile/web developer for a 1 possibly 2 month project. Need to be experience in javascript, ruby on rails, bootstrap and react. Need a website finished and a courier app made for an on demand delivery business. MILESTONE port to rails create script that syncs website data with payroll gateway (TBD) new user can sign up/login user can register a card (securely) User can search for restaurants and see a list user can select from list and see a menu user can order from restaurant, include tip, choosing a preselected card, or creating new one in pla user’s payment can be processed via brain tree upon order completion user can track progress of order. user can see order history restaurant owner can sign up/log in (may just be another user role?) restaurant owners can input information about their restaurant (name, location, menu, prices, contact driver can register from mobile app (must be approved by admin) drivers can add/edit data about themselves, their car, their bank information driver can log log in from mobile app driver can receive SMS notification that order is available? (including SMS or push notification set driver can see a list of available orders driver can select order from list to deliver (can see tips) driver can see own order history and payout details Admin has complete visibility into the system and can edit everything (ActiveAdmin) Admin can approve new drivers Admin can create restaurants, edit menus, etc.
