IPAD Picture and Video viewer

We have IPads but always have the issue of the pictures and videos being in separate places. We cannot put the videos on repeat. Cannot get the photos to photo folder to be able to have a slide show. This could be ignorance but have videos that can only play on VLC but I cannot get them to repeat for tradeshows.
