I need a team of pro to build me an app simple and easy to use

I need an Android app. I don't have a design for it. I will be honest and straight I don't have money to built it, but I believe in this app that can help a lot of memers around the world. So, if there is a team who can build this app, I am accepting to share proffit firstly up to deadline of $25.000, and after you are paid this money, to maintain the app and be a partner forever with 20% of the revenue, Forever! I will not share the idea with anyone, because it's unique, I don't have everything designed, and wirefraned I have drawings and text, and any changes and better ideas are very welcomed.
