Networking App -- 2

Need complete by April 1st Im looking for an Iphone app to help run my organization. It would allow me invite others into a group (by phone # Login & a passcode) to collaborate in a group message (within the app) or in just a few of the selected people. Each members name (if clicked) brings you to the profile page. That would show a picture, name, show number & email & then an about me section. Lasty, “Milestones” with 3 sextions for a few word answers, numbered 1-3. It needs to offer 6 Tabs, 1. Messages (details above) 2. It would allow us all to share a calender and edit it/ add events. It have reminders for next day reminders. 3. Events page. The App Admin can upload the upcoming events and will have a picture and details. And a button stating “Map” to click that is hyperlinked to that address entered/shown. 4. Called Network. It will act as an address book, but one that you take a picture of a Business card, it stores and saves it - under the contact name entered. Contact also allows email, number, and company to be entered. If the phone number is clicked, it will call it. When scrolling through the network, its organized in Company Alphatbetical order. Showing just the Business cards picture. 5. “To Do List” Shows a small list with only items assigned to you. It will allow you to organize by their priorites. It will also have a bigger list that shows everyones items indicating whose assigned to it and it needs to be in order of due date. Any user can add items with an assigned due date and who needs to do it. If no one is assigned, its asigned to everyone. 6. Shows icon for world. This will show the a picture of the USA map and will show the other organizations across the Country. Only the “Chair” can contact the other Chair’s. I will need admin access to edit all. Remaining users can edit what I grant permission. Opening the app, once you login it shows a 3 photo slideshow quicky and then a quote breifly appears. That quote will be shown on all profiles. Where I edit it on mine and everyone elses syncs it. With mine, it will show me a request if someone downloads the app and is requesting to create an organization. They will then have full admin rights of just their organization. Final note. It allows me to assign positions, which show each members position. )
