Niche Dating App - Hiring Development Team -- 2

Hey there! We are looking for a development team that can produce work with a quick turnaround. You must be flexible and very responsive. While we have a pretty clear picture of how we want our service to work, it is still in the startup phase so things may change course. Our service is going to be a dating service tailored towards professionals. We have a few differentiating factors that will separate us from other dating services. We are not trying to compete with Tinder, or Match, or Plenty of Fish, we have a specific market that we are going after. There are certainly plenty of dating services, but when you have a niche, it can be capitalized on. You will understand the full scope of our service if we select you and your team for development, but it will include mobile apps and a desktop site. We value our development teams wisdom and are want to include you as partners in this venture instead of just for contract work. We have a pretty clear idea of where we are going with this dating app/site, but your input is highly encouraged. Great ideas can come from anywhere and if your input will be appreciated. We need a native iOS app first. Most likely we will want this written with React Native so that when we port it over to Android, it will be much easier to maintain the code base. We are also considering Vue.js, but since it is relatively new and not backed by a large company, we are leaning towards React. Your input will be valued in making this decision. After we have established apps, then we will roll out the desktop site. This is the way the most successful app startups are doing it, Instagram, Tinder, etc. The server side programming will most likely be done with Node.js for speed and ease of integration with a client side javascript framework. Your input will be valued in this decision as well. We are an experienced company when it comes to working with developers. We have been in charge of building a separate app for the last 3 years, so communication with us will be as seamless and fluid as possible. We understand how frustrating it can be to work with someone who may have an idea in their head, but are unable to properly communicate it for building the real world functioning app. They may say one thing, but mean another, and then that wastes development time since when the product is delivered the development team has to go back and possibly create something entirely different. We will try to avoid this as much as possible through constant contact as well as proper visual design. We will be using a mixture of Photoshop mockups and wireframes, as well as fully interactive mockups made with Framer. If you are unfamiliar, Framer is a javascript based prototyping program that is built on the open source FramerJS that was built by an ex Facebook developer. Being that it is code based, when handing off prototypes to a development team, the development team can inspect the code behind the interactivity to get the exact mechanics of animations and transitions. This makes your work much easier. There will be far less delivery of product and need for revisions. We already have the first wireframe completed for review. This will be provided once we begin a dialog. We are not posting our full idea to keep our idea safe. We are looking for a long term relationship, not just a one off delivery of product. Stock options will be available as our partnership grows. We need a team of developers that are able to simultaneously work on the front end and back end. This way new features, fixes, and changes can be made with a short turn around.
